Snow Boots
Well, we got our first taste of winter weather last week. I went out in panic the night before to try to find a pair of snow boots. Especially searching for a pair that were stylish, weather-proof, durable and affordable. Here are some of my top hits!
Also, make sure when shopping to ask about any warranties. For example, Sorrell offers a one-year warranty on their boots, and Paragon Sports will let you return and exchange any lightly worn boots that you try and dislike.
MEDINA IV PREMIUM RAIN HEEL BOOT: LOVED the heel on these boots, and they weren't as heavy as I thought they would feel. However, they aren't waterproof up the calf and only come in navy blue. Definitely worth it though if you are traversing the city in style with limited snow trudging. (Also, they fit tight on the ankle, so definitely size up.)
Norris Field Neoprene Lined Rain Boots: If you are looking for something that looks less like a winter boot, and more like a standard rain boot, these are great. Unlike most rain boots they are neoprene lined, so are warmer than normal rain boots and you don't need to worry about buying a thick liner for your boots. I also like these because of their streamlined design. And bonus you can wear them on cold rainy days!
